Ron Cadman has been an active developer and investor in US and Canadian real estate for over 30 years. He also spearheaded investments that capitalized on the undervalued single-family homes market during the great recession of 2008. Ron Cadman, along with Travis Cadman and Investar USA, found an unprecedented opportunity to buy these properties in select markets. As residential builders, they have constructed and sold over 2000 residential units and deployed over $20 million to acquire distressed assets in Greater Phoenix from 2009 to 2012.
